About Us
It all started in 1971 when Bill saw a '51 Hudson convertible. He bought it and many other Hudsons over the years. In fact he bought and sold over 700 Hudson cars to enthusiasts all over the world. His knowledge of the Hudson automobile was only surpassed by his advise and helpfulness. He was committed to keeping the Hudson name alive.
Bill was one that others looked to for advice, parts and completely restored cars. Bill ran Vintage Coach in Fontana where he stockpiled parts, restored cars and kept the rest of the Hudson fleet up and running. A number of his restored cars have appeared in recent movies. 'Bill Albright Restored Hudsons' were always in demand. Several well known entertainment stars are owners of a Bill Albright car. For the last 10 years, Bill's grandson, Jason Fisher, worked with Bill at Vintage Coach, learning the business and assisting Bill. Vintage Coach has 40+ parts cars to supply the needs of the Hudson mechanic and as well as reproduction suppliers for hard-to-find items.
Vintage Coach continues to provide Service, Parts and Restorations, both partial and complete. The facility is up and running as normal and will continue to do so, including car sales and restoration. Jason Fisher and his team will continue to provide the service to all HET Club members or any interested party.
